Saturday, May 18, 2024, 10:00 AM: Ren Cen / People Mover

• 10 AM: For those who want to car pool - meet at 16 Mile Rd & Van Dyke (south east corner), behind Panera Bread, in the Meijer lot.
• or 11 AM: Meet at the People Mover station in Greektown (on the side walk, Beaubien & Monroe streets) (There's a great shot opportunity right there)
• Our plan is to ride the People Mover ( it’s FREE ), stop at every station and take some pics. When we get to the Ren Cen stop - we will walk the interior of the building.
• Glen will be parking in the Greektown Casino structure, at the end of the day he plans to go to the top of the structure & take some pics like this and this.
• Lunch will be about 12:30 PM - wherever we decide.

Friday May 31, 2024: Free Day watching the Detroit Grand Prix practice runs. Contact Pete for more information or to meet up with him downtown.

Thursday, June 13, 2024: Eastern Market Murals, in support of August's "Abandoned" special assignment, with a 5:00 PM meal at Vivio's Eastern Market. Lagerhaus #5. (might add Michigan Central Station before or after this. According to this article, there will be an open house and perhaps free ticketed tours June 13th from noon to 8pm. See Michigan Central's Events Page for details about this event.

• Where: Room 1 of the Shelby Township Activities Center, 14975 21 Mile Rd (north side of 21 Mile Rd, just west of Hayes)
